In my own speciality area, medical microbiology, I found several errors of fact, and two errors which demonstrated very basic misunderstanding of a concept (minimum inhibitory concentration and prevalence). There were also typographic errors too numerous to count.
I saw as I set out to write this review that there is now a new edition. I can only hope that the revision has been thorough.

Great book for the Medical travel consult professional, helps you answer all of your patient’s questions. I think it will be a good study guide and help in Passing the ISTM travel medidicne Exam.
